President and Representative Director
Shingo Toyama
Certified Public Accountant (Japan) and Licensed Real Estate Broker. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Kyoto University, he began his career in 1995 as an external auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, working in both Japan and the United States. In 2001, he joined Edion Corporation as an Executive Director in charge of business planning, where he was instrumental in M&A and business development.
Later, at Recruit Holdings, Mr. Toyama focused on expanding the human resources business across Asia through M&A, post-merger integration (PMI), market entry strategies, and executive recruitment. He also served as the Executive Chairman of a UK-based business, overseeing its overall performance. In August 2023, he joined ONGAESHI Holdings, and in December of the same year, became an Executive Vice President at the company. He was appointed Representative Director and President in February 2025.

Nobuaki Takahashi
After graduating from the Faculty of Commerce at Hitotsubashi University, he worked at financial institutions and accounting firms before co-founding the company in June 2005. Under his leadership, the company achieved a listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market in November 2016. In February 2018, Mr. Takahashi temporarily stepped down from the company's management to serve as the Representative Director of Fals Corporation, where he engaged in social entrepreneurship focused on finance and business creation in emerging countries. He returned as a director in February 2023 and assumed the position of Representative Director Chairman in December of the same year. He was appointed Chairman in February 2025.

Mari Kaneko
After graduating from the Faculty of Sociology at Hitotsubashi University and completing the Master’s Program in Business Administration at the Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of Commerce and Management, she joined IBM Japan in 1986. She later moved to the United States, where she obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). After serving as the head of accounting for a local subsidiary of a Japanese corporation and founding a retail company, Ms. Kaneko returned to Japan and joined the Company in January 2014 as a full-time auditor. She contributed significantly to the establishment of the governance structure and the listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market. She was appointed Representative Director in February 2023 and has been serving as a Director since February 2025.

Daisuke Yanasawa
After graduating from the Faculty of Environment and Information Studies at Keio University, he joined Sony Music Entertainment, Inc. in 1996. In 1998, Mr. Yanasawa co-founded Kayac Inc. with friends from his university days and currently serves as its Representative Director and CEO. Under the catchphrase "An Interesting Company," Kayac is widely recognized for its unique personnel systems—such as "Dice Salary" and "Smile Salary"—and its unconventional work styles, including "traveling branch offices." He continues to challenge traditional corporate structures through these innovative initiatives. Mr. Yanasawa has been serving as an outside director of the Company since February 2023.

Taku Mibuchi
Joined Tokyo Kyuko Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (now Tokyu Corporation) in 1995. After serving as Senior Manager of the Development Group II in the Urban Development Division and General Manager of the Future Design Lab, Mr. Mibuchi has been serving as General Manager of the Value Creation Group in the Real Estate Management Division since April 2025. He has cultivated extensive experience and broad insight as a leader in urban development, community building, and real estate-related businesses.
Based on this background, he aims to strengthen the Company’s management structure by providing objective perspectives on business advice and ensuring appropriate supervision. He has been serving as an outside director of the Company since February 2026.

Naoto Matsumoto
After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Kobe University, he joined Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (FVC) in 2002. Mr. Matsumoto served as Director and Head of the Western Japan Investment Division at FVC in 2011. In 2016, he was appointed President and CEO of FVC, making him the youngest CEO among listed financial companies at the time. He stepped down from this position at the regular shareholders' meeting in June 2022. Mr. Matsumoto has been serving as an outside director (audit committee member) of the Company since February 2023.

Yasumine Satake
Joined The Mitsubishi Bank, Ltd. (now MUFG Bank, Ltd.) in 1976. Mr. Satake has held several key positions, including President and Representative Director of Mitsubishi Tokyo Wealth Management Securities Co., Ltd., and Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Tokyo Star Bank, Limited. Through these roles, he has gained extensive experience and deep expertise in finance and compliance.
Currently, he serves as an Outside Director of JP Holdings, Inc. and as President and Representative Director of SHIRAKAWA Co., Ltd. By leveraging the insights cultivated throughout his career, he aims to contribute to strengthening the decision-making, auditing, and supervisory functions of the Board of Directors from an independent standpoint. He has been serving as an outside director (audit committee member) of the Company since February 2026.

Mari Yamauchi
Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Tax Accountant. Ms. Yamauchi joined Tohmatsu & Co. (now Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC) in 2006, where she cultivated professional expertise in finance and accounting. In 2011, she established the Mari Yamauchi CPA Office, and in 2019, she assumed the position of President and Representative Director of THNK Advisory Co., Ltd.She possesses deep insight based on her practical experience, including serving as an outside director (audit committee member) of GMO Pepabo, Inc. From an independent standpoint, she is responsible for the management oversight and check-and-balance functions of the Company. Ms. Yamauchi has been serving as an outside director (audit committee member) of the Company since February 2026.Company.

Masataka Koezuka
A first-class architect. After graduating from the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Tokyo University of Science, he joined Hoosiers Holdings in 2003. As a manager in the planning and design department, Mr. Koezuka handled complex developments involving commercial facilities, detached houses, and condominiums. Since joining the Company in 2011, he has been overseeing the planning, design, and construction of projects such as Phil Park. He has been serving as an executive officer since February 2023.

Hiroaki Fukushima
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Meijo University, he worked in the advertising industry before joining the Company in 2013. Mr. Fukushima has been involved in web marketing and the proposal of plans for Phil Park, contributing actively to the acquisition of new clients. In January 2019, he served as the Representative Director when the Company acquired Premium Garage House Co., Ltd. He has been serving as an executive officer since February 2023.

Certified Public Accountant. After graduating from the Faculty of Education at Waseda University, he joined a major audit firm, where he engaged in consulting services related to business, finance, IPOs, business restructuring, and M&A, as well as training services for financial institutions. In January 2014, Mr. Azusawa established his own practice and contributed to the preparations for the Company’s listing. Following the listing in December 2016, he joined the Company as an Executive Officer and Head of the President's Office. He currently continues to serve as an Executive Officer.

Masahiro Yoshimizu
After graduating from the Faculty of Letters at Waseda University, he worked at a chemical manufacturer before joining Phil Company in 2013, drawn by its unique business model and future vision. Upon joining the Company, Mr. Yoshimizu began his career in the sales department of the Planning and Development Division. Later, in the Alliance Promotion Office of the Strategic Business Division, he focused on creating collaborative achievements with alliance partners. While in the President's Office, he oversaw recruitment and talent development. Currently, as an Executive Officer, he is driving the reform of human resources systems.

After working in the apparel industry for over 10 years, Mr. Takano transitioned to the construction industry and joined the Company in 2008. Since then, he has been in charge of the Company's construction department, overseeing the design and construction of Phil Park while establishing a robust construction model. In March 2014, he was appointed President of Phil Construction. He currently serves as an Executive Officer of the Company.

Kenichi Toyoda
After graduating from Kansai University, he joined Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd. He later worked in consulting and corporate turnaround before moving to a listed company, where he was involved in corporate planning, investor relations (IR), and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In July 2025, Mr. Toyoda was appointed Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Management and Corporate Planning at the Company.
