Our company discloses information in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, other relevant laws, and the "Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuers of Listed Securities" stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Timely Disclosure Rules"). When information related to financial results that could influence investment decisions, facts determined, or incidents occurred, we disclose information in accordance with the standards of the Timely Disclosure Rules. Furthermore, even for information not covered by the Timely Disclosure Rules, as a basic policy, we aim to proactively and fairly disclose information deemed useful for investors to understand our company, using appropriate methods.
Method of Information Disclosure
Disclosure of information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules is made public via the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet), and the disclosed information is promptly posted on our IR web page as a general rule. Additionally, for information that does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules as outlined in our basic policy, we strive to disclose such information as actively and fairly as possible, in consideration of the spirit of the Timely Disclosure Rules.
Prevention of Insider Trading
Our company has established internal regulations to prevent insider trading, and we are promoting thorough awareness and understanding among all group employees. Additionally, we properly manage information related to significant facts that could influence investment decisions and strive to prevent insider trading by ensuring swift disclosure of information in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
Handling of Performance Forecasts and Future Information
The performance forecasts, future outlooks, strategies, and objectives disclosed by our company, except for those related to past or current facts, are statements regarding future prospects. These are based on plans, expectations, and judgments that rely on information currently available to us and assumptions deemed reasonable. Therefore, please be aware that actual performance may differ from the disclosed forecasts due to various uncertainties including risk factors and economic conditions.
Quiet Period
To prevent the leakage of financial information (including quarterly financial information) and ensure the fairness of information disclosure, our company has established a quiet period from the day following the end of each fiscal quarter to the day of the earnings announcement. During this period, we refrain from answering questions about financial results and forecasts or providing any other comments related to this information. However, if facts that are deemed to have a significant impact on investment decisions occur during the quiet period, we will exceptionally disclose information as appropriate, in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
